How Long is the program?

The Power Drop is a month-to-month program. You can cancel at any time.

Because our program is not a "quick-fix" but rather a program designed to establish a foundation of sustainable, healthy habits, we recommend staying for at least 4 months.

Most of our clients end up staying for a full year.

Will I get to work with Braydon or with another coach?

You'll get direct access to Braydon and his team of World-Class Coaches.

You can meet with Braydon once a week to get your questions answered directly, or ask any time in the LLYL Community.

Is this program a crash diet and will i have to eliminate carbs and my favorite food?

No. Crash diets that eliminate specific nutrients and your favorite food are not sustainable. Instead, our MetaFlex Protocol allow us to include food you like to eat in moderation with approriate portion sizes.


We believe performance and energy come first. If we can fuel the machine, permanent fat loss and strength can occur sustainably and realistically.

I've hired other personal trainers before and didn't get results. How do I know this will work?

Most fitness programs do not work. They fail to focus on the variables and levers that really matter.

Once you join this program, there’s no going back! Within the first 1-2 weeks, you will see dramatic improvements in strength. As well, you will be leaner and sharper. There’s a reason why we have so many incredible transformations. Most of our clients failed countless times before jumping on this program!

Do I need to have a gym membership?

As long as you have access to a barbell, a bench, a rack, and enough plates to accomodate your strength, you’ll be good to go. When we get into the hypertophy blocks of your program, we do recommend getting access to a commercial gym. But, if that’s not an option, we can show you how to make adjustments with the equipment you have available.

How is your program different from any other program?

We're the only program that focuses on permanent results.

LLYLOC is both educational and tailored to you specifically. Unlike most programs that offer a one-size-fits-all approach, we'll work closely with you to design a diet plan and workout plan that fits your lifestyle and schedule.

Our unique educational courses teach you the "why" behind what you do in the program, giving you the tools to continue living a healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life after completing our program.

How soon will I start seeing results?

90% of clients start seeing results within 2 weeks of their start date.

Can I still eat out?

Of course. Dining out can be factored into your plan.

Can I still have dinner with my family?

Our nutrition plans are designed to be family-friendly and we take your family members' preferences into consideration when designing your meal plans and grocery lists. We encourage you to eat with your family as this will help your entire family eat healthy together.

I don't like certain foods, will this be taken into account?

No, you'll be forced to eat all the foods you hate.

I'm just kidding. ;)
Our plans can be easily swappable for the foods you enjoy.

Can I still enjoy holidays?

Vacations and Holidays are encouraged!

If we can focus on sticking to your program before and after the holidays, you can enjoy them stress-free.
