Common Questions about LLYLOC

How Long is the program?

Because our program is not a "quick-fix" but rather a program designed to establish a foundation of sustainable, healthy habits, LLYLOC is a 6 month program, with the option to continue afterwards. Most clients choose to stay for a year.

Will I get to work with Braydon or with another coach?

You'll be partnered with one of Braydon's elite 1 on 1 coaches. Our LLYL coaches go through extensive training and thorough audits to ensure they meet, and exceed, our high standards.


Braydon regularly meets with his coaches to review client progress and success.

Will I get a sales pitch when I apply and book a consultation?

No. We provide you with real answers on your consultation, not a sales pitch. We provide you with an action plan, and the guidance to move you toward a successful fitness journey.

Is this program a crash diet and will i have to eliminate carbs and my favorite food?

No. Crash diets that eliminate specific nutrients and your favorite food are not sustainable. Instead, our MetaFlex Protocol allow us to include food you like to eat in moderation with approriate portion sizes.


We believe performance and energy come first. If we can fuel the machine, permanent fat loss and strength can occur sustainably and realistically.

I've hired other personal trainers before and didn't get results. How do I know this will work?

We can't speak for the work of other coaches. With that said there are a lot of people in the fitness industry who are sincere in their efforts but lack the experience of transforming someone else's body. Our advice is not to allow one bad experience hold you back from transforming your life.

Do I need to have a gym membership?

You don't need a gym membership. But you do need access to a barbell, rack, a bench, and enough plates to accomodate your strength.

Plenty of our clients have hit major fitness milestones with their garage gym setup.

How is your program different from any other program?

We're the only program that focuses on permanent results.

LLYLOC is both educational and tailored to you specifically. Unlike most programs that offer a one-size-fits-all approach, we'll work closely with you to design a diet plan and workout plan that fits your lifestyle and schedule.

Our unique educational courses teach you the "why" behind what you do in the program, giving you the tools to continue living a healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life after completing our program.

What happens after the program?

We'll be the last coach you'll ever need. Once the job is done, you'll have the tools and the education so you can maintain your results without ever needing another diet or program again.

How soon will I start seeing results?

90% of clients start seeing results within 2 weeks of their start date.

Can I still eat out?

Of course. Dining out can be factored into your plan and your coach will work closely to do so.

Can I still have dinner with my family?

Our nutrition plans are designed to be family-friendly and we take your family members' preferences into consideration when designing your meal plans and grocery lists. We encourage you to eat with your family as this will help your entire family eat healthy together.

I don't like certain foods, will this be taken into account?

No, you'll be forced to eat all the foods you hate.

I'm just kidding. ;)

Yes, we make sure your meal plan has all the foods you enjoy. We make regular adjustments to your plan to ensure you have variety so you don't burn out.

Can I still enjoy holidays?

Vacations and Holidays are encouraged!

If we can focus on sticking to your program before and after the holidays, you can enjoy them stress-free.

Do I get support if I get stuck?

Yes! You will be given weekly feedback to assess your progress and ensure you have the right steps ahead of you to move forward. We will never give up on you and we will find a solution together.

Will I receive a plan?

Not only do you recieve a step-by-step plan to hitting your goals, we also build out a roadmap. This roadmap shows you the exact timeline with the integrated phases, so you know exactly when you'll hit your goals.
